Friends, I’m in a major fitness rut.
I am really, really ashamed to admit that my activity level is just not where it once was. I need to get back in on a fitness routine and I’m coming here to talk with you all about this. I could blame my lack of routine on a million things, but let’s face it: we all have the same amount of minutes in a day.
My jeans from last season are snug and physically speaking, I just don’t have the same kind of energy when I’m not active during the day. I remember reading somewhere (on a billboard, maybe!?) that an hour workout is literally just 4% of your day. I feel soooooo much better after it’s done too, and I just know I need to make change and make time for my health. Now that the kiddos are back in school and we are slowly setting back into our school routine, I’m looking forward to starting a new fitness routine!
So gals, here’s what I’m curious about: What kinds of fitness routines do you all like?
Currently, I don’t belong to a gym or barre studio and would really like to find some great home workouts. I’ve tried and loved Cassey Ho’s “Blogilates” on YouTube and plan to start hitting the play button more often- but I like to switch things up or I get soooo bored. I have fitness ADHD!! My ideal routine is a mix of cardio and pilates/barre. So, tell me what you love!!
